Senior Marketing Manager, Seasons

Compensation: CAD 130,000 to 160,000

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

We are partnering with a leading client to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager for the Seasons portfolio. This role is the marketing leader, creative driver, and general manager for the Seasons team, responsible for top and bottom line financial performance and delivery of share goals.

What you will do

• Lead development of the 3-year strategic plan for the Seasons portfolio including long-term financial goals, marketing plans, and portfolio/innovation plans
• Ensure delivery of financial and share goals for the portfolio in partnership with brand owners
• Coach and lead brand teams in the development and delivery of annual marketing plans and portfolio development
• Balance planning 1–2 years out while executing the annual plan
• Lead the 3-year innovation pipeline to ensure winning share and growth in seasons while driving improved financial performance
• Execute key strategies, initiatives, and projects across the marketing mix

People Management

• Coach and lead teams to develop experience and skills across marketing competencies
• Champion talent and career development and demonstration of global leadership behaviors
• Establish annual goals for team to ensure clarity of responsibility and accountability
• Provide step-up opportunities to develop talent
• Champion a culture of winning, pioneering, risk-taking, and collaboration

Organizational Leadership

• Provide functional expertise and leadership within the Marketing Organization
• Participate on enterprise organization teams and taskforces
• Elevate critical processes such as IBM and innovation development
• Build organizational excellence

• Minimum of 8 years relevant professional experience in marketing with deep experience across the marketing mix
• Progression through marketing ranks at a top-tier CPG company, preferably food, snacking, or FMCG
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required, MBA preferred
