Job description
Air Arc Gouger Nisku
Elite specialist needed for heavy-wall pressure vessel fabrication. No welding—just pure gouging.

The Work
Precision Prep: Deliver surgically clean back-gouges on heavy-wall seams for 100% penetration.

Zero-Defect Goal: Clear all slag and porosity to ensure every joint passes X-ray and UT tests.

Steady Profile: Maintain consistent depth and width for seamless sub-arc welding follow-up.

Advantages
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4x10s). Enjoy a permanent 3-day weekend every single week.

Pay: $30–$38/hr based on grit and skill. Weekly pay processed reliably through Randstad.

Focus: Put your head down, earphones in, and master your craft in a high-production shop.

Responsibilities

Gouging Pro: Mastery of heavy-duty CAC-A. You must produce "ready to weld" grooves daily.

Vessel Expert: Proven experience on high-pressure vessels or large tanks is mandatory.

Industrial Grit: High-heat, high-noise stamina. Journeyman status earns top-tier wages.
