Job description

Tasks

  • Prepare orders according to preparation slips and customer specifications.
  • Scan products and ensure the accuracy of quantities, codes, and labeling.
  • Inspect the condition of products and report any discrepancies or damage.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and warehouse.
  • Operate a stand-up forklift.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in logistics and receiving departments to ensure optimal workflow.
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirements

  • 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving (required).
  • Experience in data entry.
  • Experience operating a stand up forklift (asset).
  • Ability to use an order scanner.
  • Ability to read computerized purchase/work orders.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
