Own production support for all Dayforce ↔ Indeavor integrations including:
- Employee Leave Balance
- Overtime Hours
- Employee Schedules
- Approved Leaves
Monitor scheduled Logic Apps and Durable Functions.
Perform root cause analysis for failed jobs using Application Insights and Log Analytics.
Platform Management
- Manage Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, and Key Vault.
- Ensure private endpoints, DNS, and network connectivity remain healthy.
- Coordinate certificate renewals and secret rotations in Azure Key Vault.
Incident & Change Management
- Lead incident triage and resolution (L2/L3).
- Coordinate releases, hotfixes, and configuration changes via CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure RBAC roles and managed identities are correctly configured.
- Support audits related to access, logging, and data handling.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for HR, Workforce, and IT stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Dayforce and Indeavor vendors on integration issues.

7+Experience supporting HR / Workforce systems (Dayforce, scheduling platforms preferred)
