PRODUCTION DIRECTOR, XM (CANADA)
Community isn’t just a marketing agency — we’re a movement.
We deliver ideas that disrupt, strategies that ignite, and experiences that demand attention.
Fueled by creativity and audacity, we transform brands into cultural trailblazers by showing up where culture lives — live, loud, and in motion.
As Event Director, XM, you are the executional backbone of our experiential work. You oversee all events, productions, vendors, partners, and properties — ensuring every program is flawlessly delivered from pre-production through live execution to post‑production wrap. You bring rigor, excellence, and operational leadership to the heartbeat of the agency.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the VP, XM, the Production Director is the senior executional lead for national experiential programs. You partner closely with Account Managers, Directors, and the Group Account Director to bring strategy to life with precision, creativity, and unmatched quality.
You lead the Production Execution team — mentoring, guiding, and elevating the people who bring our ideas into the real world. You unify production, operations, suppliers, and creative execution to ensure every moment is delivered at the highest standard.
