Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university preferred.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as marketing materials and credit applications. Ability to construct customer facing emails, text messages and any other primary methods of correspondence on a regular basis. Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with a variety of contacts including but not limited to manufacturer and dealer clients and potential new customers.
Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office required, specifically Outlook, Word, Access and Excel. Excel and Outlook utilization will be particularly heavy. Ability to rapidly become proficient in the utilization of the customer relationship management software is critical.
