Reporting to the Director of Store Planning, the Equipment Cataloguing Project Intern will create and implement a QR Code system for all working equipment that will link to the following:
Equipment information and identification
Operating and training manuals
Maintenance and cleaning information
The Equipment Cataloguing Project Intern will be responsible for the implementation of the program to all stores throughout the province.
This role is designed for a highly motivated individual eager to contribute to operational effectiveness and grow in a fast-paced retail operations environment.
Currently enrolled in a business, operations, construction management, or similar post‑secondary program
Office or maintenance administration experience is an asset
Ability to travel to various store locations across Alberta as required
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work fully in‑office independently or as a team
Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs
Basic coding skills
Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
