Job Summary:
We are seeking a business-oriented consultant with retail dealership and/or corporate automotive experience to support our client, Nissan Canada Inc. This role focuses on improving operational performance, strengthening relationships between Nissan and Infiniti Canada and their dealer networks, and enabling process excellence across the network.
You will use practical retail dealership knowledge and strong facilitation skills to assess current-state performance, identify root causes, and help design and deliver initiatives that drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Improvement
- Partner with Nissan/Infiniti Canada and dealer leadership to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Assess dealership processes across sales, service, and customer experience to recommend practical, scalable solutions.
- Support deployment of best practices across the dealer network to ensure consistency and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Translate findings into clear actions, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
Program Delivery
- Develop and deliver performance improvement initiatives, including workshops, training sessions, on-site advisory, and playbooks.
- Create supporting materials such as reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate progress and results effectively.
- Track initiative performance using defined KPIs; provide structured follow-up and recommendations for adjustment.
- Coordinate logistics and planning across stakeholders to keep programs on schedule and on message.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives and field staff, fostering strong long-term relationships.
- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing, and customer experience).
- Support change management activities to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies across the dealer network.
- Communicate clearly and proactively—surfacing risks, decisions needed, and next steps.
Continuous Development
- Stay current on automotive retail trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer expectations.
- Share learnings across the team to improve consistency and accelerate delivery.
