This is not a typical agent role.
We are hiring a Listing Specialist to work directly within an established portfolio, stepping into an active pipeline of buyer & seller opportunities while being trained at a high level. This role is designed for someone who wants to operate at the top of the industry, provide incredible client experiences, and impact their local community. You’ll be focused on listings, client strategy, and conversion, while being supported by a full team handling backend operations.
There is a clear path for growth, including the opportunity to step into a future Sales Manager role for the right person.
Compensation:$150,000 - $500,000 yearly
