The 1st Service role is an entry level role with a great upward career trajectory that focuses on the following success factors: Observant, organizational and possess basic technical skills.

Ability to solve problems quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance.

A Day in the Life of 1st Service: Input and review data within our ERP system regarding quotes, orders, shipments, and invoices.
Daily administration of the Salesforce and phone queues.
Office Participation: full time on-site presence.
Learning & Development: Monthly completion of assigned courses to include passing grade on completion examinations.
Participation in supervisor meetings, departmental meetings, and monthly company town halls per advisory of Operations Manager.
