Job Description

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers? Our client in Taber is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) experience to join their team!

Compensation & Hours:
• The rate of pay will be $19-$22/hr.
• This is a temporary/casual position, approx. 24hrs/ week.
Position Summary:
• Oversee and process AP/AR transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
• Assist with month-end closing and reconciliation tasks.
• Support administrative tasks including filing, answering calls, and scheduling.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven AP/AR experience (QuickBooks, Sage, or equivalent).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Bonus Points For:
• Diploma or Degree in relevant field
