Qualifications & Experience
This position involves technologies regulated by the Canadian government\u2019s Controlled Goods Program and the Contract Security Program. To obtain the required security clearance, candidates must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents, have resided in Canada for a minimum of five consecutive years, and meet all program requirements. Job offers are conditional upon successful security screening under the Controlled Goods Regulations and the Contract Security Program.

Compensation & Benefits : The starting rate for this position is $20.00 / hour. RTX offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, disability benefits, a retirement savings program, and tuition assistance through RTX\u2019s Employee Scholar Program. Eligibility for specific benefits depends on factors such as position level, employment type, and business unit, and will be discussed during the hiring process. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual incentive programs depending on position level and collective-bargaining agreement coverage.
