Rambler Fabrication is now looking to add a Quality Control Inspector to the team.
Role & Responsibilities:
· File, organize and maintain documents in a timely and accurate manner,
· Prepare project deliverables including, quality plans, inspection and test plans, and turnover plans,
· Possess strong knowledge of welding processes; (GTAW, GMAW, RMD, FCAW, SMAW),
· Possess strong knowledge of different types of metals and types of materials and fittings,
· Liaise with client representatives to ensure adherence to client specifications,
· Maintain QC control documentation,
· Assist in regulatory Audits including ABSA, ASME and CWB,
· Enter and maintain As Built drawings into Acorn and Bluebeam,
· Measure and record daily and weekly welder parameters,
· Perform visual inspections,
· Adopt and incorporate quality methods into their work,
· Ability to interpret and maintain adherence to customer specifications,
· Perform other duties as required,

· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications,
· Proficient in Bluebeam,
Required Experience:
· Minimum five (5+) year experience in a quality inspection-based role,
· Experience in the ASME/ABSA Pipe and Pressure Vessel fabrication industry
· Minimum CWB Welding Inspector Level 2,
· Welding Examiner certificate is an asset,
· Completion of an applicable trade, technical diploma or degree,
· Experience with Spoolfab is an asset
