Your future duties and responsibilities:
You will help people and make a positive impact by bringing a human touch to the relationship between clients and the company, acting as a trusted advisor.
In a typical day, you will:
-Provide phone support to clients regarding the use of the payroll application and its add‑on modules
-Guide clients on payroll legislation and regulatory requirements
-Ensure follow‑up and resolution of client cases in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
-Identify and document issues encountered to support continuous improvement
-Communicate with clients in your portfolio to collect payroll data
-Produce payroll according to client expectations and applicable legislation
-Plan and organize your workload to meet service levels and client expectations
-Provide occasional support to clients during payroll data entry
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
You will use our payroll solutions to assist our clients online or by phone.
-Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or college diploma in administration, accounting, human resources, or any other relevant combination of education and experience
-Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
-Customer‑service‑oriented approach and strong problem‑solving skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet browsers
-Knowledge of payroll systems (experience with the Nethris application is an asset)
-Training “Understanding Online Payroll Principles” from Ahuntsic College or S.C.P. certification from the National Payroll Institute (NPI) is an asset
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $40 –$65 . This role is an existing vacancy.
