Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamicContractRoom Service Server who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do!This role will be for a12 monthcontract starting in April.

About the role:

The Room Service Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The individual will provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and/or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality,professionalismand friendliness. Theyanticipateand service guests’ needs before being asked and are knowledgeable about all available menu options, beverage lists and daily specials. Always just a telephone call away, around the clock, they will also perform duties to deliver an exceptional in-room dining experience and provides a wide selection of food and beverage options delivered to the comfort of guests’ rooms.

What you will bring:

We are looking for an individual whopossessesan affinity for guest service! This position requires an applicant witha high levelof wine and food knowledge as well as Smart Serve certification. Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service isrequired. He/she must have the ability tolift upto60lbsand applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts including overnights,weekendsand holidays.The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request!

Preferred qualifications & skills:

• 1-2 yearspreviousserver experience in afast pacedfood and beverage operation

• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language

• Additionallanguage a definite asset for career growth
