Corporate Paralegal/Legal Assistant

• Assist in all areas of Corporations, including and not limited to Annual Returns, Incorporations, Extra-Provincial Corporations, Re-organizations, Amalgamations and preparation of Minute Books;

What you must have:

• Minimum of two years related work experience

• CORES experience would be considered an Asset. In the absence of CORES certification, a willingness to obtain Level 1 and Level 2 CORES certification;

• Experience with Esilaw 360/Unity is desirable and proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent attention to detail;

• Personal and approachable, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary/Rate Range: $60,000 -$90,000 depending on experience and fit.
