What are your contributions to the team?

• Provide spontaneous consultations for employees (e.g., discomfort, minor injuries, health advice).
• Quickly assess conditions and refer to appropriate care if necessary.
• Collaborate with the Health and Safety team on risk prevention.
• Work with other internal stakeholders on related cases.
• Document interventions in compliance with legal and internal standards.
• Analyze and manage employees’ medical records while maintaining confidentiality.

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a medical degree and a valid license to practice in Quebec.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the medical field.
• You have excellent skills in rapid clinical assessment.
• You can work independently in a dynamic environment.
• You are a strong team player.
• You can provide a positive experience for employees by demonstrating empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
• You are honest and uphold high ethical standards.
• You are bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
