We are looking to hire the Assistant Marketing Manager for Away From Home. This role will focus on building brands and drive growth for our priority Away From Home customers, while supporting the channel’s innovation and operating plan. The Assistant Marketing Manager will collaborate cross functionally with Brand, Sales and Operations teams to execute execute key initiatives for our PBC brands.

Total Compensation: $63,300 - $103,200

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution for our Away From Home portfolio within the context of our total corporate strategic plan
• Lead commercialization of innovation platforms through evaluation and financial assessment of the operational/manufacturing footprint across the different brands/businesses.
• Independently lead cross functional teams to ensure best in class execution of innovation and initiatives
• Effectively manage A&M budgets
• Deliver volume & net revenue commitments across the Away From Home channel and beverage portfolio
• Lead integrated agency teams and maintain strong agency relationships
• Monitor beverage portfolio performance on a period basis to proactively identify course corrections and or new opportunities
• Support the Senior Marketing Manager with strategic key customer activations & work closely with internal Customer Sales team to execute

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree (Business degree preferred)
