As a BA/PM, you will be a critical anchor for the Fixed Income technology desk. You’ll be stepping into a fast-paced environment that manages Bonds, Rates, Credit, and Mortgages. This role requires a hybrid professional who can pivot between high-level project management and deep-dive business analysis. You will be responsible for streamlining the trade lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving the delivery of sophisticated trading platforms.

Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Manage project timelines and execution while working independently to meet strict market deliverables.
Technical Analysis: Use SQL for rigorous data validation and Python (or similar scripting) to automate repetitive analysis and workflows.
Agile Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies and participate in PI Planning to ensure development alignment with business goals.
Risk & Compliance: Support audit requirements and controls, ensuring all evidence preparation meets institutional standards.
Stakeholder Liaison: Translate complex valuation concepts and P&L/risk measures into actionable technical requirements for the dev team.

Qualifications
Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of Capital Markets, specifically Bonds, Rates, Credit, and Mortgages.
Platform Proficiency: Experience with Bloomberg TOMS, Broadridge, MHUB, or similar. Familiarity with TMX, CCMS, CDS, or FMCNET is highly preferred.
Analytical Rigor: Understanding of P&L, risk measures, and valuation concepts; experience with IFRS 9/CECL or mortgage analytics is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python/Scripting for data manipulation.
Preferred Certifications: * CFA or FRM (Financial/Risk focus)
SAFe, CSM, or PSM (Agile focus)
