Sous la supervision de l’équipe de gestion du service, les assistants serveurs soutiennent les serveurs en s’assurant que toutes les tables sont correctement dressées, propres et prêtes pour les clients. Ils gardent une grande attention sur le plancher et possèdent une excellente connaissance des plats et des boissons. Les assistants serveurs participent au service des plats et veillent à la qualité et à la présentation des assiettes selon les standards O&B.
Under the direction of the Front of House Management Team, Server Assistants provide support to Servers by inspecting all tables for the proper mise en place, cleanliness and completeness. They practice a high level of floor awareness and have exceptional knowledge of all food and beverage items. Server Assistants help with food running as well as monitor food quality to ensure O&B presentation standards.
