The Opportunity

Build Impact With Us

Join our Remediation Program Management (RPM) team and play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high-profile liability assessment and environmental remediation projects across Canada. As a Project Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of multi-disciplinary project teams-bringing structure, clarity, and financial discipline to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with integrity.

Your Impact
  • Coordinate project plans, schedules, and meetings across multiple concurrent liability assessment and remediation projects.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, track decisions, and ensure timely closure of action items.
  • Manage document control and QA/QC processes for proposals, liability assessments, work plans, and technical reports.
  • Standardize and maintain SharePoint and Teams file structures to support version control, audit readiness, and data integrity.
  • Support data organization and presentation, including developing trackers, dashboards, and presentation materials.
  • Prepare cost estimates for liability assessments by defining scope, assumptions, and alignment with project and client expectations.
  • Track technical report progress, coordinate reviews, and proactively identify and mitigate schedule risks.
  • Monitor and control project financials, including budgets, forecasts, variances, commitments, WIP, AR, purchase orders, and invoices-escalating risks early and supporting timely billing.

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration, engineering technology, environmental science, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in project coordination or project administration, ideally within environmental consulting, liability assessment, or remediation environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and perform effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint/Teams.
  • Experience supporting project financials, including budget tracking, forecasts, WIP/AR, invoicing, purchase orders, and change management.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, lookups); familiarity with dashboards or Power BI is an asset.
  • Exposure to project controls concepts such as EAC and variance analysis; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) or scheduling tools (MS Project) is an asset.
  • Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, quality, and ethical conduct, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
