Ten years of growth. And we're just getting started. We've built the marketplaces dealers rely on across some of the most dynamic recreational and commercial industries in North America. The runway in front of us is bigger than the road behind us, and we're hiring the people who’ll help us capture it. If chasing new business is what gets you out of bed, keep reading. The Role This is a new business role. Your focus is winning new dealers, not managing existing ones. You'll own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to signed deal, bringing net-new dealers onto our marketplace brands. You'll have the data, the tools, and the brand recognition to win. The pipeline you build is yours. So is the upside. What You'll Do Prospect relentlessly and keep your pipeline at 3x your number Run sharp discovery, present tailored solutions, and close Use data and insights to make ROI obvious Own your funnel in Salesforce with accurate forecasts and disciplined activity Partner with onboarding and account teams to set new dealers up to win Who You Are A hunter, not a farmer. You sell with insight, not instinct. Accountable. You own your goals and bring the drive to hit them. What You'll Bring 2+ years of B2B sales with a track record of hitting (and beating) quota Proven ability to generate your own pipeline and close net-new business Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills Comfort in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and using data to sell Bonus Points Sales experience in digital marketing, media, or online marketplaces Background selling to dealers or SMBs Experience in automotive, RV, marine, powersports, or commercial truck / equipment Why Trader Interactive We're scaling fast in markets that are still going digital. Where wins compound and the next chapter is bigger than the last. Compensation On Target Earnings of $140,000 to $180,000 CAD. Commission is uncapped, so your earnings are tied directly to your results. Top performers have the ability to earn well beyond OTE.
