As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. • Understand project-driven organization’s business requirements to support project planning, execution,controland billing, and how these requirements align to Oracle’s Cloud functionality

• Plan and design the best and mostoptimalsolution for the client. Leverage industry best practices and oversee the business and application designleveragingthe Oracle Cloud

• Working with our team, lead the configuration of the designed Oracle solution to meet the client’s project delivery business requirements

• Participate in sales cycles to estimate delivery costs and efforts,participateat client orals and presentations, andassistto draft andfinalizeStatements of Work

• Lead initiatives to develop and improve the Oracle practice

• Minimum7years of relevant experience with Oracle Cloud Finance Applicationsimplementation.Domain/accounting background isa must.

• Experience in at least3end to end implementation in Cloud Financial modules.

• Strong hands-on experience across Oracle Financials modules, with deepexpertiseinat leasttwo core areas (GL,AP,AR).

• Ability to work asthe leadof a team of consultants,to own end-to-end delivery across functional and technical workstreamsto meet milestones.

• Translate businessobjectivesinto clear, actionable work plans for the team, and proactivelyown andmanage dependencies, risks, anddeliverybottlenecks across modules.

• Oversee testing strategy, defect triage, cutover planning, and go-live readiness in collaboration with client teams.

• Act as a primary point of contact for client leadership and stakeholders.

• Communicate complex Oracle and accounting topics in clear, business focused language.

• Experience leading design by exception and minimizing customizations.

• Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skillsrequiredto interact with colleagues including customers, onshorecounterpart, team members, businessanalystsand business teams.

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
