We are recruiting on behalf of a confidential client in the real estate industry.
About Our Client: Our client is a highly respected and established real estate leader based in Toronto who has built one of the most successful and recognized residential real estate teams in the region.
With a strong reputation for professionalism, results, and exceptional client service, the team has developed a powerful database of over 30,000 leads and 1,500+ past clients and continues to expand its presence across the Greater Toronto Area.
This organization operates with a high-performance, team-oriented culture that focuses on training, accountability, and continuous growth. Their leadership philosophy is centered around developing talented agents, building efficient systems, and creating an environment where professionals can thrive long-term.
They are now seeking a licensed real estate professional to join the leadership team in a role focused primarily on recruiting and developing new agents, while helping support the continued growth of the team.
The Role: This is a full-time, in-office leadership support position based in Don Mills, Toronto.
The successful candidate will work closely with the team leader and will be responsible for growing the team through active recruitment and supporting the success of newly onboarded agents.
In the initial phase of the role, the primary focus will be recruitment (approximately 80%), identifying, prospecting, interviewing, and onboarding new real estate agents to join the team. This includes conducting outbound recruitment calls, having introductory conversations with prospective agents, and building a consistent pipeline of potential candidates.
The remaining portion of the role will focus on supporting newly recruited agents, answering questions, assisting with onboarding and training, and helping ensure they are successfully integrating into the team’s systems, expectations, and culture.
As the team continues to grow and the goal of adding the right number of new agents is achieved, the role will naturally evolve toward a more balanced focus between recruitment and agent development.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying talent, building relationships, and helping new agents succeed within a structured, high-performance real estate environment. The role also includes some hands-on coaching with agents during real client interactions, which may occasionally occur in the evenings or on weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Recruit, interview, and onboard high-quality real estate agents
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the real estate team
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential agent candidates

Agent Onboarding and Early Development
- Support the transition and onboarding of newly recruited agents
- Assist with onboarding training and orientation to team systems, tools, and workflows
- Answer questions and provide guidance as agents begin working with clients and navigating their first transactions
- Conduct regular check-ins with new agents during their early months to help build confidence and consistency
- Reinforce team standards, expectations, and professional practices
This role also includes hands-on coaching and mentorship during the early stages of an agent’s production, which may include:
- Reviewing client conversations and providing feedback
- Supporting agents as they prepare for client meetings or listing presentations
- Occasionally attending client appointments or presentations to provide guidance and support
- Helping agents navigate real-world situations as they gain experience working with buyers and sellers
Performance Management
- Help ensure agents are properly using the team CRM (Follow Up Boss or similar)
- Support agents in understanding and executing effective lead follow-up processes
- Assist leadership with tracking agent activity, engagement, and adherence to team systems
- Provide coaching around client communication, prospecting, and conversion conversations
- Support team meetings, training sessions, and recruitment events
Because real estate business often occurs outside standard business hours, this role requires some schedule flexibility, particularly to support agents during client interactions that may take place in the evenings or on weekends.
During the day, the role focuses primarily on recruitment, training, outbound prospecting, and agent development, while occasional evening or weekend availability allows for practical, on-the-job coaching opportunities with agents and clients.
