Karen looking for a babysitter or nanny in Caledon East

We are a busy, growing family juggling a small business and grad school. Our 14-month-old daughter is an adventurous explorer who is officially "running the house!" She is generally calm and plays well independently, though shes currently a champion self-feeder who loves exploring her food.

Mom works from home with some days on campus, while Dad works out of the house. We are looking for a reliable partner 3-5 days a week (we have some flexibility). Must be current on Infant CPR / First Aid. We also practice Elimination Communication (EC), so we are looking for someone observant and comfortable supporting her potty transitions. Must also have a car / reliable transportation since the house is not accessible by transit.
