Job description
We are a family located in the West End of Halifax, Nova Scotia seeking a caring and reliable nanny to help us during the summer months. Our primary focus is on the care of our one year old, and we are looking for someone who is nurturing and attentive to their needs. This is a live-out position, allowing for a comfortable working environment. We value safety, so CPR certification is a must. Having experience with infants is highly preferred as we want our child to be in the best hands. We have a small dog, so you must be comfortable with pets. We are flexible with the start date. The pay for this position is $20 per hour. Your responsibilities will include providing a safe, stimulating environment for our toddler, engaging in age-appropriate activities, and supporting routines that promote healthy growth and development. Light housekeeping and meal prep as time allows for are also appreciated.
