The Digital Product Specialist oversees the full lifecycle of digital products - from initial concept to launch and ongoing optimization - ensuring alignment between customer needs, business requirements, and Digital Factory capabilities. Acting as the bridge between Operating Companies, customers, and digital development teams, this role supports value realization, adoption strategies, and product evolution.

Responsibilities:

Product Lifecycle Management

• Manage the entire lifecycle of digital products, from inception to launch and continuous improvement.
• Gather and document requirements to ensure the product aligns with user and customer expectations.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Operating Company digital leaders, marketers, and sales teams to deliver products that drive business value.
• Ensure product requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with business priorities.

User Research & Feedback

• Conduct user research to understand how internal and external customers interact with digital tools.
• Analyze user feedback and product performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Training & Support

• Provide training and product support to ensure stakeholders understand the product’s functionality and business value.

Market Analysis

• Monitor market and competitor trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital product development and/or digital marketing methodologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product development, digital support, product management, or a related function.
• Experience conducting user research and analyzing product performance metrics is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, user feedback, and product performance data.
• Ability to identify product challenges and propose innovative, user‑centric solutions.
• Excellent communication (French and English) and interpersonal skills preferred.
