RWDI’s Michigan office is seeking a systematic and logical individual to join our Environmental Team as a Co-op for an eight-month work term beginning May 2026. This posting represents a currently available role.
Key Responsibilities
You will be provided with an opportunity to assist our Field Services Team in conducting studies relating to the measurement of air contaminants. This could include:
- Stack testing and ambient air monitoring to determine various contaminants
- Lab work/data analysis/report writing
- Field work
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Your background and qualifications should include:
- Enrolled, or recent Graduate in an Environmental Technology program, Environmental Engineering Applications program, Instrumentation Technician program, or equivalent
- Aptitude towards using and troubleshooting instrumentation and data logging equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communications and a willingness to work in a variety of field locations
- Well-versed in computer applications
- Preference will be given to individuals with knowledge of air quality monitoring and regulations
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- Must be comfortable working outside
- Must be able to lift heavy testing equipment
- Must have a valid driver’s license
