Job description
Employment Type: Part-time, Seasonal at Ridge Soils.
Pay: $21.63 - $23.95/hour (based on experience).

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Ensure that all essential products are stocked at all times.
  • Assist customers with the loading of materials.
  • Load customers’ vehicles.
  • Safely operate a skid steer loader.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relations.
  • Work in outdoor conditions.
  • Keep the bulk area clean and organized.
  • Receive payment from customers.

What You Bring:
  • Previous experience operating a loader, bulldozer, or excavator.
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment.
  • Willingness to work weekends when needed.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driver's abstract.
  • Experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Great customer service skills.
