Sawmill Operations Trainee, Castlegar, British Columbia

As a Sawmill Operations Trainee, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure across every major function of a modern sawmill while being coached by experienced leaders who want to see you succeed.
You’ll be challenged to think critically, solve problems under pressure, communicate effectively, and build trust with frontline teams. For individuals with strong emotional intelligence and the drive to lead, this role provides a clear pathway into future Supervisor and leadership positions, where you can directly impact safety, production, and team performance.
What We Offer
