What will your typical day look like?

The Pricing Center of Excellence, part of the Engagement Financial Services team, plays a key role in supporting proposal teams by delivering in-depth financial analysis and modeling during the pursuit phase. As a Senior Project Controller in the Pricing COE, you will act as a trusted advisor on pricing best practices, conduct robust financial analyses, and develop complex pricing models. You will also contribute to the evolution of pricing tools and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive the development and implementation of effective pricing strategies.

About the team

The Engagement Financial Services (EFS) team at Deloitte Consulting consists of dedicated professionals who specialize in managing engagement, program, and account financial controls. Our team plays a critical role in guiding financial decision-making and delivering insights on financial impacts throughout every stage of the engagement lifecycle—from pricing strategy to project completion.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who has:

  • University degree, designation in Business or finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pricing function. Strong understanding and execution of pricing models, such as pay-per-use, transaction based, performance based, tiered pricing, risk-reward, profit sharing models, etc.
  • Experience developing project-pricing models and performing scenario analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and MS Excel skills
  • Experience with GenAI, Power BI, Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience in a client-service environment; consulting experience is a plus.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $76,000 - $130,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
