We’re currently looking for a Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave Coverage — Approx. 18 Months) to join our Mighty Peace Harley Davidson, and Bannister GP Motorsports team. If you’re strategic, results-driven, and motivated to elevate brand presence while driving measurable growth, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
The Drive Ahead
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and in-store channels
Oversee advertising campaigns, social media, website content, and lead generation initiatives
Collaborate with dealership leadership to align marketing efforts with sales and service goals
Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and engagement
Manage vendor relationships and ensure brand consistency across all locations
Performance Essentials
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in automotive or retail environments
Strong understanding of digital advertising, social media strategy, and analytics tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
