Showroom Sales Consultant – Permanent Full Time

Job Description

As a Sales & Design Consultant, you’ll work directly with homeowners, contractors, and designers to help them select the right tile and products for their projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in our showroom

• Helping customers select tile, flooring, and installation materials

• Creating quotes and following up to close sales

• Building relationships with contractors and repeat customers

• Managing special orders and coordinating with suppliers

• Maintaining product displays and showroom presentation

• Supporting the team with general showroom operations

Qualifications

• We’re looking for someone who is:

• Outgoing, positive, and loves working with people

• Confident starting conversations and building relationships

• Organized and able to manage multiple customers and projects

• Comfortable with sales and motivated by results

• A strong communicator with a great attitude

• Able to work Saturdays as part of a retail schedule

• Previous experience in sales, design, renovation, flooring, or tile is an asset, but we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.

Additional Information

Compensation for this position will range depending upon skills, abilities and relevant knowledge or experience.

• Monday - Friday – 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Saturday – 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
