We’re building the future of AI driven advertising and we need a senior creative who can lead it. Our AI Production division is growing fast. We already have execution talent. Now we’re looking for the person who sets the bar. This is not a prompt operator role. This is not a tool specialist role. This is a creative leader role for someone with taste, narrative instinct, and the technical fluency to turn generative systems into real campaign work.

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $130K -$140K per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
