Key Responsibilities:

• Program Planning and Execution Define program objectives scope deliverables and timelines in alignment with organizational strategy
• Project Coordination Oversee multiple projects manage dependencies and ensure integration across teams
• Resource Management Allocate personnel budgets and equipment efficiently to support program activities
• Stakeholder Management Communicate program status updates and risks to senior management and stakeholders ensuring alignment with goals
• Governance and Reporting Establish governance structures monitor KPIs and track program performance to identify areas for improvement
• Team Leadership Lead motivate and support project managers and crossfunctional teams fostering collaboration and accountability
• Risk and Issue Management Identify potential risks and issues implementing proactive mitigation strategies
