  • Partnership with Facilities on North America physical workplaces, including SSC design standards, communication on SSC updates, and advisement on employee experience considerations.
  • Drive all Future of Work enterprise communications, working with Internal Comms, Legal and other stakeholders to gain.
  • Deliver annual team gathering guidance during AOP process - working with FP&A to provide summaries and recommendations to CPCO and rest of SLT.

qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional work experience, in global programs, management consulting, and/or project management.
  • Demonstrated track record as a master problem solver and strategic thinker.
  • Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, and verbal.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn on the job and a 'growth mindset'
  • Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

must haves:
  • Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
  • Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.
  • Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.
