Salary: $111,051 - 130,649 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing and developing identity lifecycle, privileged identity security, and machine identity security solutions
• Familiarity with identity governance and administration platforms
• Expertise in privileged access and secrets management platforms
• Knowledge of IT service management platforms
• Basic understanding of MS Entra ID SSO and related security integrations
• Experience managing various identities using SailPoint IGA tools, particularly for Machine/Service Accounts
• Hands-on development experience with SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint IdentityNow AI Tools
• Proficiency in SailPoint IDN automations and capabilities
• Demonstrated integration skills with SailPoint and external platforms such as ServiceNow, Ansible, and Directory Services
• Competence in developing rules and policies via SailPoint ISC RDK
• Configuration management and CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Familiarity with large language models and artificial intelligence agents
• Technical knowledge of networking basics, Web Services protocols like REST, API design for extensibility and portability, as well as XML/JSON data formats
• Understanding of various authentication and authorization frameworks, including MFA techniques
• Technical expertise in SSL/TLS, PKI, and certificate-based authentication, as well as LDAP, HTTP proxies, and web servers employing OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
• Proficient in software development, including Java and RESTful API development, along with continuous integration and testing
• Practical experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Kerberos, and Single Sign-On protocols
• Exceptional communication, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities, with the aptitude to make informed decisions when advising on technical matters

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed design specifications, code, implement, deploy, and support identity and access management security solutions that align with Cyber Security strategic and tactical goals while adhering to enterprise architecture standards
• Install and maintain application components using IGA tools and their respective code repositories
• Collaborate with Information Technology Services (ITS) operations staff to enhance application components when required
• Monitor system performance and service agreements to ensure compliance with ongoing service delivery standards and policies
• Develop automation solutions that fully leverage our existing IGA tools and technologies
• Actively engage in operational support and service management activities, including on-call support and incident resolution
• Analyze and troubleshoot common incidents and gather details for more complex issues to be escalated to vendors and service providers
• Propose enhancements or solutions to operational challenges and provide regular updates on implementation progress to stakeholders
• Mentor and train junior colleagues through on-the-job guidance and support
• Research and track technological advancements and industry trends; evaluate their relevance and reliability for the Bank; and recommend technologies that can boost productivity and assist clients in meeting their business goals
