Job Description
:About the Role
The Digital Solutions team is building agent-driven software delivery from the ground up — automated pipelines, self-healing infrastructure, AI systems that replace manual toil across the entire SDLC.
We're reinventing how our engineering organization builds and ships software, and we need people who can build the platform that makes it possible.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not a consulting or advisory one.
You'll design and operate production-grade AI agents, CI/CD automation, and DevSecOps tooling.
Coaching and enablement of other teams is part of the work — but you lead by building things that others can learn from and adopt, not by running workshops.
You've built real automation in real enterprise environments.
You understand why most DevOps transformations stall and how to avoid it.
You're comfortable going from LLM API call to deployed production agent, and you care about reliability, security, and long-term maintainability — not just shipping demos.
What You'll Build and Own
AI Agents & Agentic Pipelines
· Design, build, and operate AI agents that automate tasks across the SDLC — testing, vulnerability remediation, deployment validation, release management, and more
· Engineer LLMOps infrastructure: prompt pipelines, tool-calling agents, orchestration, evaluation, observability, and reliability
· Integrate agents with enterprise systems: SCM platforms, CI/CD tools, ticketing, security scanners, and internal APIs
· Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements from the start — not as an afterthought
CI/CD & Platform Engineering
· Design, build, and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines across Java, Node.Js, Python and .NET ecosystems
· Own and evolve core DevOps tooling: Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Docker, and related platforms
· Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and container-based deployments
· Ensure platform reliability through monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization
DevSecOps & Security Automation
· Embed security scanning, policy enforcement, and security remediation into pipelines — automatically, not manually
· Work with security and architecture teams to define and enforce standards at the platform level
· Build self-healing and self-auditing capabilities that reduce human intervention in compliance workflows
Enablement & Standards
· Define and document platform standards that delivery teams can adopt without hand-holding
· Coach teams toward automation-first, self-service patterns — through working examples, not slide decks
· Act as a technical lead and advisor to product teams, architects, and platform stakeholders
What You Bring
Required:
· 3–5+ years of hands-on CI/CD and platform engineering experience in enterprise environments
· Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Java, .NET, Groovy — and willingness to work across all of them
· Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-based tools or agents in production or near-production environments
· Strong understanding of LLMOps concepts: prompt management, tool use, agent architectures, evaluation, observability
· Experience with Git-based workflows, build automation, and release pipelines at scale
· Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, containers, and configuration management
· DevSecOps mindset — security is a design constraint, not a checklist item
Strong Assets:
· Experience integrating AI into developer platforms or enterprise tooling (not just standalone apps)
· Familiarity with cloud-native AI services (AWS or equivalent)
· Prior work on agentic orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, custom toolchains, etc.)
· Experience enabling DevOps practices across multiple teams or business units
· Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Who You Are
· You build things and share them — your coaching is your working code, your pipelines, your agents
· You think in systems: you understand the downstream effects of what you build and design accordingly
· You're comfortable in ambiguity and can define the right problem before solving the wrong one
· You have strong opinions on automation, reliability, and security — and can defend them with evidence
· You learn fast, experiment deliberately, and know when to stop experimenting and ship
Why This Role?
You'll be one of the first people shaping how this organization builds and runs software in an agent-driven world. The foundation exists — Code modernization management pipelines, automated tooling, enterprise integrations — and the mandate is to go much further. You'll have direct access to stakeholders and real authority over platform direction. This is a foundational engineering role with genuine scope to build something that outlasts your first 90 days.
