Transactional Corporate Paralegal | National Law Firm Are you an experienced Corporate Paralegal? Here is a great permanent position that will allow you to showcase your skills within a national law firm that is expanding its corporate team in Montreal. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered, as well as a schedule that combines remote and in-office work schedule! YOUR ROLE:As a Corporate Paralegal, your responsibilities will notably include:Draft corporate documents such as: incorporations, organizations, mergers, dissolutions, amendments to company charters, rollover agreements, share transactions, share transfers;Diligent audits of minute books and make the necessary adjustments;Participate in the corporate reorganization process;Participate in corporate transactions and closings;File corporate maintenance with relevant governments, preparation of Federal and Provincial returns. SKILLS REQUIRED:DCS in Paralegal Technology or any other relevant combination of education and experience will be considered;Significant experience as a Corporate Paralegal;Fluent French & English, spoken & written;Excellent analytical, writing and summarizing skills;Outstanding team spirit and interpersonal skills;Strong organizational and priority-management skills.INTERESTED IN THIS CHALLENGE?
