What is the opportunity?Our RBC Automotive Finance Fulfilment team under Personal Banking Operations is looking for an Operations Officer, available to work between Monday to Saturday from 12:00PM to 9:00PM (EST).In this role, you will be responsible for the verification of Auto Finance documentation and using various RBC systems to complete the application funding process. This role requires servicing our clients and dealers nationally, including phone support to service our Dealerships & internal Sales Partners with inbound & outbound calls.Please note: This position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts during the hours of operation Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) What will you do?Address:
