Location: This is a hybrid opportunity in Montreal, Quebec

About the role

As a Client Operations Specialist Sr, you will respond to incoming client calls and emails. We will count on you to communicate with other Insight departments on client issues and assist in resolution where applicable. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Make outgoing client calls in support of the organization’s sales requirements.
  • Prepare and submit client sales quotes.
  • Enter client sales orders accurately into the appropriate order entry system.
  • Research technical information on product request and ensure access to procuring.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services preferred.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, other teammates needed.
  • Strong communication in English and French languages (verbal and written), organization and time management skills required.

À propos du rôle

En tant que Client Operations Specialist Sr, vous répondrez aux appels et aux courriels entrants des clients. Nous compterons sur vous pour communiquer avec d’autres services d’Insight au sujet des enjeux clients et pour aider à leur résolution, le cas échéant. En chemin, vous aurez l’occasion de :

  • Effectuer des appels sortants auprès des clients pour soutenir les besoins de vente de l’organisation.
  • Préparer et soumettre des soumissions de vente aux clients.
  • Saisir avec précision les commandes de vente des clients dans le système de saisie des commandes approprié.
  • Rechercher des informations techniques sur les produits demandés et veiller à la possibilité de les approvisionner.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Baccalauréat (B.A.) et de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente et/ou de formation.
  • Solide connaissance des produits et services TI, un atout marqué.
  • Capacité à présenter efficacement de l’information et à répondre aux questions de groupes de gestionnaires, de clients et d’autres coéquipiers.
  • Fortes compétences en communication en anglais et en français (oral et écrit), ainsi qu’en organisation et en gestion du temps.
