In this role, the Manager, Learning and Development will harness modern learning technologies and AI-enabled tools to design development solutions that are efficient, scalable, and engaging for our teams.
This leader will play a key role in evaluating, implementing, and continuously optimizing a Learning Management System (LMS) that supports global training delivery, content management, and insightful reporting. By applying innovative instructional design practices and digital learning strategies, they will elevate the learner experience and ensure our development programs drive measurable impact across the organization.

Develop and execute the Company’s learning and development strategy aligned with operational growth and business priorities.
Leverage AI-powered tools and digital learning technologies to streamline content creation, personalize learning pathways, enhance engagement, and improve administrative efficiency.
Develop creative, blended learning solutions including e-learning modules, microlearning, multimedia content, and interactive workshops.
Conduct organizational needs assessments to identify capability gaps across leadership, corporate functions, and site-based operational teams.
Design and build scalable learning frameworks, including onboarding programs, technical training pathways, and leadership development initiatives.
Create and facilitate workshops and training sessions (virtual and in-person), tailored to both office and field-based environments.
Develop structured leadership development programs for emerging leaders and senior managers.
Partner with site leadership to implement practical, safety-aligned, and compliance-driven training solutions.
Own all program logistics and administration including scheduling, communications, tracking completion and reporting metrics.
Establish measurable KPIs and evaluate program effectiveness; provide insights and recommendations to the Senior Manager, People & Culture and leadership team.
Manage external vendors and facilitators where appropriate, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Support succession planning and internal talent development initiatives.
Continuously refine programs to reflect operational realities, safety standards, and evolving business needs.
Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and practical skill development.
