Senior Incident Response Manager

Description

One of our financial industry clients is looking for a Sr. Incident Response Manager who will focus on critical emergency response and communication. Responsibilities will include :

• coordinating all aspects of crisis response through to crisis resolution through leadership of investigations
• liase with senior leaders, stakeholders and special operation centers to provide insights on incident / crisis trends
• assist in the development of CIBC crisis management capability, including playbooks designs
