Solar Sales Specialist — Base Salary + Commission

TL;DR : We’re looking for a sharp, experienced salesperson who learns fast, solves problems on their own, and wants a long-term role with real career upside. In-office, Mon–Fri, some travel. Solar experience is a big asset.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with qualified homeowners (in office + Virtually + occasional home visits)
• Present solar solutions clearly and confidently
• Help clients understand financing and long-term value
• Follow a proven sales process while on the fly
• Work with a tight-knit, fun, fast-moving team
