Registered Physiotherapist – Full-Time

Leap Physiotherapy Clinic prioritizes personalized care and exceptional patient outcomes. Established in 2023, our clinic has grown rapidly and is now seeking a Registered Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in orthopaedic assessment , exercise programs, manual therapy , and patient education to help our patients achieve their best possible results.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Registered Physiotherapist to collaborate with our healthcare team and provide effective treatments for our patients. This position is entirely outpatient-based in a private practice clinic.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and the community.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver physiotherapy interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and home exercises.
• Foster relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional education and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registered member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Professional attitude with a passion for patient care.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
• Post-graduate training in sports and/or concussion management is an asset.
• IMS or other dry needling training is an asset.

Compensation and Schedule

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $90,000.00–$125,000.00 per year
• Compensation Model: Fee-split or hourly options available
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Work Location: In person (11505 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON)
