Project Administrator, Nuclear

We are currently seeking a highly organized Project Administrator to provide structured administrative and documentation support to active construction sites. This role ensures projects remain organized, compliant, and professionally managed from a documentation and communication standpoint.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, project-driven environments and takes pride in keeping project teams running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Document Control

• Maintain project filing systems (digital and hard copy)
• Track submittals, RFIs, transmittals, and drawing registers
• Ensure proper revision control and document accuracy
• Assist with timesheet collection and verification
• Support preparation of monthly progress billing packages
• Track purchase orders, commitments, and invoices

Meeting & Reporting Support

• Prepare meeting minutes and distribute action items
• Support weekly and monthly reporting packages
• Maintain project contact lists and communication logs

Compliance Support

• Assist with safety documentation tracking
• Support compilation of quality records and turnover documents
• Maintain onboarding and badging documentation for site personnel

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of administrative experience (construction experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and document management skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
• Experience in construction, industrial, or regulated environments is an asset
• Ability to obtain site security clearance, if required

This role supports site-based industrial and infrastructure projects. Candidates must be comfortable working in active construction environments.

Security Requirement

Due to the nature of certain projects, candidates must be eligible for security clearance and willing to work in high-security industrial facilities, including nuclear generating stations.
