We are currently seeking a highly organized Project Administrator to provide structured administrative and documentation support to active construction sites. This role ensures projects remain organized, compliant, and professionally managed from a documentation and communication standpoint.

Key Responsibilities
Document Control
- Maintain project filing systems (digital and hard copy)
- Track submittals, RFIs, transmittals, and drawing registers
- Ensure proper revision control and document accuracy
- Assist with timesheet collection and verification
- Support preparation of monthly progress billing packages
- Track purchase orders, commitments, and invoices
Meeting & Reporting Support
- Prepare meeting minutes and distribute action items
- Support weekly and monthly reporting packages
- Maintain project contact lists and communication logs
Compliance Support
- Assist with safety documentation tracking
- Support compilation of quality records and turnover documents
- Maintain onboarding and badging documentation for site personnel
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of administrative experience (construction experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience in construction, industrial, or regulated environments is an asset
- Ability to obtain site security clearance, if required

Security Requirement
Due to the nature of certain projects, candidates must be eligible for security clearance and willing to work in high-security industrial facilities, including nuclear generating stations.
