Structured day‑shift training followed by a 4‑on‑4‑off day shift
Castle Employment are recruiting a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join a long‑established precision engineering manufacturer in the Kirbymoorside area. This is a permanent role with clear training, modern machinery and strong earning potential.
You will start on a Monday to Thursday day shift (10‑hour days, 40 hours). Once trained, you will move to the 4‑on‑4‑off day shift, earning up to £21.42 per hour including the shift premium.
