Our team focuses on permanent residence pathways such as Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs, as well as family sponsorships, study permits, and work permits. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are expanding our consulting team to support a higher volume of complex and strategic immigration cases.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our Windsor office.

This role is ideal for a consultant who enjoys working on complex immigration cases and providing strategic guidance to clients. The consultant will conduct consultations, develop immigration strategies, and oversee the preparation and submission of applications.

Unlike many firms, our consultants do not need to generate leads or perform cold sales. Our dedicated sales team manages lead generation and books consultations, allowing consultants to focus on delivering high-quality immigration advice and managing files.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultations

• Conduct immigration consultations with prospective and existing clients
• Assess eligibility across various immigration programs
• Develop clear immigration strategies tailored to client circumstances

Case Strategy & File Management

• Manage a portfolio of active immigration files
• Oversee preparation and submission of applications to IRCC and provincial programs
• Ensure all applications meet regulatory and documentation requirements
• Monitor program updates and adjust case strategies accordingly

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout their immigration process
• Provide updates, guidance, and next-step recommendations
• Deliver a high standard of client service and professionalism

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with case managers and administrative staff
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from consultation to retainer
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices

Qualifications

• Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience practicing Canadian immigration consulting
• Strong knowledge of Express Entry, PNP programs, family sponsorships, study permits, and work permits
• Experience managing complex immigration files
• Strong consultation and client communication skills
• Excellent organization and case management abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Compensation

• Base salary: $95,000 – $115,000 CAD
• Performance bonuses tied to consultation conversions and file completions
• Total compensation potential exceeds $130,000 annually
