Our client, a global leader in electrical product distribution, is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Pointe-Claire. In this strategic role, you will be the central pivot between renowned suppliers and electrical contractors, ensuring top-tier technical and commercial service.

As an Inside Sales Representative in Pointe-Claire, you will act as the engine of the branch. You are the trusted resource for meeting customers' technical needs while supporting the outside sales force in achieving growth objectives.

Responsibilities
* Respond quickly and accurately to customer price and availability inquiries via phone and email.
* Prepare complex technical quotes for distribution, lighting, and control projects.
* Work in synergy with outside sales representatives to maximize sales opportunities in Pointe-Claire.
* Ensure rigorous order tracking and resolution of simple logistical issues.
* Maintain strong business relationships with major industry manufacturing partners (such as Eaton or IPEX).

Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales of electrical products (essential).
* Essential bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written. Proficiency in both French and English is indispensable. This requirement is justified by the need to serve clients outside of Quebec and to process technical documentation from international suppliers and partners.
* Proficiency in computer tools and ERP-type management systems.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Reside in or be able to commute daily to Pointe-Claire for full-time office work.
