Thomas's family in North Vancouver, British Columbia is seeking a nurturing and responsible nanny to care for their two children, aged 6 and 8. The position is full-time, live out, and the hourly wage is ~$19-23 (Negotiable dependent on experience and right fit). We are looking for someone who can create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for the children.
The primary role is home-schooling our 5 year old daughter who is still toilet training due to a minor bowel issue. We require someone to work with her to teach good toilet behaviours.
Our son attends a local school, and other tasks outside of daughter's tutoring may include afterschool care and meal prep. We are looking for someone to become a strong fixture of the family and household.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children at the primary school level and be able to engage them in enriching activities. Responsibilities include preparing meals, assisting with homework, and organizing playdates.
